1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Al Ansar Foundation website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Donations and Refunds

We appreciate your support. Please note the following regarding donations:

• Voluntary: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or unauthorized transaction.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Tax Exemption: We are working on 80G certification. Receipts will be provided for all successful donations.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code or viruses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harassing or impersonating other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Al Ansar Foundation and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Al Ansar Foundation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Al Ansar Foundation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
